Where are the Google apps?

Where is Google Maps and Google Earth I cannot find them

Google Maps has also disappeared recently from my BlackBerry....

is Google now keeping their app-s for Android only?

I dunno why I couldn't find them from my phone

maybe my carrier has removed them for my region? hmmm

I tried clicking on those links from my iPhone it says these apps are not available in the UAE app store I must change to the US app store
When I hit change, the app store opens with a blank white page.

If I click on change store on the top right, nothing happens, if I click again, it says cannot connect to iTunes store although I am connected to WiFi and have a data plan on my phone

I even tried using my VPN on the iPhone with no luck

any tips?

I would have to say these apps are not available in your country at this time and the links above are for the US App Store.

Where are you from?

The only way to get these apps (as stated above) would be to change which country your iTunes account is associated too.

Well I live in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

It baffles me that the most common / useful apps are not in my country, lemme try to change my country in my Apple ID and see how it goes

Finally it worked thanks to the hint that the iPhone warrior gave me

I did this:
1) Opened AppStore, went to Featured (bottom left), then scroll down and choose your Apple ID: urname@blabla.com ,
2) then choose View Apple ID,
and then change country/region and payment info.
After that I signed out of App Store (do number (1) again but choose Sign out),
signed in again and tried to download one free app and I was told 'u may do so only in NZ App Store, you'll be switched now to it' and surprise, surprise I finally was. I did ithis on my iPhone so don't know if it works differently on iTunes. Hope it will help someone. I was confused when realised it didn't work (before I signed out and signed in again)
