There has been an newer version released, have yet too install it.... but go to modmyiPhone.com, in the downloads section you should see the beta app, I believe thats where I found mine at, then update after installing the beta.the site provided in more than one post is no longer available:

After you get it installed be sure to install Community Sources to see more apps.

What is needed is the Installer.app folder, which is in there too. That needs to be copied to the Applications folder on the iPhone (and then check/set the permissions). You can use WinSCP, or however you transfer files to your iPhone, to get it there.Tinman, thanks for the assist.
I did get it downloaded, and the download produced the following files:
bootstrapper
fstab
libarmfp.dylib
services.plist
At this point, I'm stumped.
