Interesting finding in the following referenced article. I went into the same file they mention using iFile and found that I had ton of photos in there. Kind of revealing.

Yikes. And are you on 6.1? The article claims Apple may have fixed this with 6.1. But I wonder if 6.1 only fixes the issue going forward...

I am on 6.1 now, but I think you are right about the files that preceded the upgrade because I had a lot after I jailbroke and was able to use iFile.
