where to download itunes 12.6.3 ?

However, it may not work with iOS 11.3, so be forewarned.
today my iTunes 12.6.3 stopped letting me access the app store or itunes store. It gives the error: "iTunes could not connect to the itunes store. An unknown error occurred (0x80090302)". I tried re-installing 12.6.3, no luck. I called Apple tech support and he didn't know about the enterprise version of iTunes. He put me on hold to get more info and came back saying I have to update to 12.7.+.

You were correct. I uninstalled 12.6.3 and installed the new version 12.6.4.6 and the error went away.
I did use an older iTunes Library.itl associated with 12.6+
