I pre ordered the iPhone XS max in gold 256 gb gold. I also pre ordered the Apple Watch series 4 in gold 40mm. I ordered both on the 14th at 5 am. I will get the phone on the 21st and the watch won’t be here until the 5th-8th. I have the iPhone X so I probably don’t really need it but I miss the bigger screen I had with the 8+. As far as cases I ordered the tech 21 clear case and a white silicone Apple case which I have used on all of my past phones.
Yeah it sucks that resale is so low when they cost so much. Guess that’s the watch world being as different as it is from the phone world. They’re not going for much more on eBay than the $250 Apple is offering for mine back, especially after eBay and PayPal take their cut. I’m considering just going that route and being done with it easily.

Hey, Sharunda! Good to see you. Do you ever get the Apple leather cases? I usually go with the saddle brown. I love how that color looks when it gets a patina. I think the gold is going to look really nice with it (even though we can only see the bottom and camera ring).{{{{@imutter}}}} I missed you too

I usually only get one leather case. They always look beautiful but they are slippery. However, the Forrest Green is an interesting leather color choice this time. It looks really good. I am seriously considering that one. The Peony Pink is a happy, cheer me up in the dead of winter, leather color choice. So I have two leather case colors I’m considering.

I’m just super excited to be going back to owning the mega large concussion iPhone! Oh how I miss it sooo! The X was GR8 but I got tired of it’s size within the last few months. I suppose the compact size didn’t wow me anymore. Onward and upward. Go Big or Go Home!

Update edit post : BestBuy did not have the steel Milanese loop version yesterday it said coming soon . I just saw it for pre order and of course I did . It’s in progress no shipping date . I was concerned about the color match for watch and phone. YouTube to the rescue .

I got the nomad case for my 7 plus. It is just as nice as the Apple case but the buttons were not aligned correctly .

I would just return it if the buttons are not aligned. I do like that they can send it out right away, not like Spigen where you have to wait 10 business days..
