ok, may be stupid question, but what do you mean by home button on right?

I actually find myself switching while browsing. If I'm on a site that I'll need to type a lot, I'll go horizontal, but otherwise I'll use vertical.

The square button below the screen is the "home" button. I go horizontal with home button to the right

I thought that one just allowed you to open new pages or new sites and switch back and forth, can you set a "home" page?

no no no the home button is on the iPhone itself the one that brings you to the screen with all the applications on it. The only physcal button on the front of the iPhone
