I so like this white on black feature usage during the night. Is there a way to set it to work automatically at night and be off during the day.

I have never heard of anything u can get to do that after a jailbreak. If you are using 4S then there hasn't been a confirmed jailbreak for it yet anyways. It would help if you gave more details. But make a new thread in the Jailbreak section and ask. This is the wrong section for JB info.
