I ordered over the phone around 8am friday morning central time. I was on the phone for 2hrs, transferred to 6 diff people and 4 diff 800's. I was pretty mad by the time I talked with the last guy who told me this " The order # that you have received that starts with TORD is an internal order number which is why you cant access it on the website or through the automated order status number." You will get your phone on friday. I said thats great and all, but this has been a CF from the beginning. He told me if its not there Fri, to call back and they will locate it. I said how are you guys going to locate it without a tracking #? He then said they have an internal way of checking it. Again, probably just complete BS but after 2hrs on the phone with them last night verifying my name, phone # and last 4 of SSN, I had had it. I am in the same boat though. I ordered through AT&T over the phone, received an order confirmation email but have no way of tracking it and no way of viewing the order of my status.I also ordered through AT&T over the phone. I ordered through premier but either way u should b seeing something. I would call them because I got an email a little while after I made the order and since then I've had access to my order status. It might be a website problem but it wont hurt to check.
