1st who is adding this on?
I wonder with the new diagnostic tools and the wording here if Apple is tightening the rules when you need to see the Geniuses?

Can this be purchased anytime within the first year like the regular Applecare?

From what I've read it has to be purchased at the same time as your i4S.
