Who all is using yahoo mail? im having problems with sending emails, they don't seem to go out even tho it says it was sent...but i can receive emails without a problem

i don't understand what it could be, i can send my self a email from other accounts and it gets pushed right to my iPhone but im not receiving any sent from the yahoo account on my phone
we had the same problem, the phone would not accept our un and pw associated with our high speed internet. We could send but not receive. We finally decided to use Yahoo email. It's free and so far works very well, no problems yet.
yep im having the same excat problem with my yahoo account. i can receive emails and when i send it says it sends but it really doesn't
i think it may have to do with the verify thing you gotta do when you send a email using yahoo through your browser on your computer
I'm on yahoo mail, in the host name type pop.att.yahoo.com and it should work. In the outgoing mail server type smtp.att.yahoo.com. Goodluck
LT it's working for me I am using Gmail, Comacst and Yahoo, sending and receiving.
It may be a password issue...
It may be a password issue. I would try changing (possibly shortening) your password temporarily to see if that fixes it. It did for me when I briefly tested it.

Ive been using gmail for a long time and have been very happy. Coming from a blackberry I've been used to the push email so I set up a yahoo email address. Since then its been spotty to say the least. Sometimes it works ans sometimes it doesn't.
The thing I hate the most is when you send an email via yahoo they add spam junk at the bottom of the email which I hate.
So the solution that is working best for me is to forward my gmail and .mac addresses to my yahoo account that way I'm notified right away via the yahoo push. When I hit he mail button all my accounts show up and I can see my email. Then I respond via my gmail. It is an extra step nut its working for me until gmail gets on thebpush wagon.
