Why can't I send pictures to my email from iPhone 4

Okay, when I had
MY iPhone 3G I had no problem with sending pictures to my email. I have no Internet connection, but they could send no problem.

But now that I have my iPhone 4 I
Can not send any pics to my email, and
I'm not sure why! I still don't have internet connection cause i have pre paid anyone tell me why.

Do you get any kind of error message(s)? The 4s photos are much larger than the 3G, so if your sending more than 1 or 2 it may take a few minutes to send.

I think that is a iOS5 thing. With no Internet you can't send stuff from your phone to your phone.

Cullen: by Internet I was thinking wifi, Ooppss... You don't have any kind of connection? 3G, etc...

on a few of my text messages it says iMessage?
Never had that before? And when I try to send the pic after it "sends" there is a bubble at the top, sometimes

I have wifi, i can send pics to my friends just for some reason now I cant send pics to my email! And yes 3g Is on!
