Hey, Im thinking of going back to Apple tomorrow to see if they will exchange my phone. My first problem is that the back and sides of the silver "not chrome". got scratched somehow and i never dropped it or put it on a rough surface. And my second problem is that the speaker volume is VERY LOW. I am already on my 2nd one because the 1st on ppl said they couldnt hear me. So do i just be honest and tell them that the scratches are 1 problem, or just mention the speaker problem? will they send it out, or give me a new one?

Thanks,
espo

well first of all, are you still within 14 days of buying the iPhone? if u are then yah they will exchange for a new one and when they do i think you should "return" that one even though it is perfectly fine, and then re buy it at the new price. but before you open it so that way you don't have to pay the restock fee.

wel im not sure but i don't think they will exchange it in the store but i may be wrong, if they don't y9ou should still be able to send it in to Apple and i think since you are u are obviously within the 1 year warranty the will fix the speaker problem for free but i don't know about the scratches on the "chrome"... i hate that on mine too, but when you don't have bright light on it its not as bad
