Not sure. It hasn't been mentioned. Does it use a regular connector like the one on the data cable?I purchased the Nike plus about a month ago. It works with the Nano and keeps up with your workout. Does anyone know if it will work with the iPhone? Thanks!
It should work then.It has a connector that plugs into the bottom (like the charger, etc. )
I've seen an armband already advertised for the iPhone. It won't be as comfortable, but they're already being offered. Thanks, I fiqured it probably wouldn't work. Plus like someone mentioned earlier, they would have to come out with a secure armband before I ran with it.
Where are you getting this information?actually, no. the regular (big) ipod has the same connector and it does NOT work with the Nike + running system.
it is a fact that it is only compatible with the Nano...sorry.
Is there something on the site that says it doesn't work with the larger iPod?I think it's clear when reading this.
It has a flash drive. The Nike kit was designed for the nano since it doesn't use a physical spinning hard drive, thereforee it allows for the jarring motion of running. What kind of memory does the iPhone have? That may answer the question definitively.
Just a thought...
Then it may support the kit. It would just require the software update like the Nano did. Guess we'll see on Friday? It has a flash drive.
Because I don't see anything on the Nike + site about the larger iPods or the iPhone. I did look there first, but I could have missed something. Then it may support the kit. It would just require the software update like the Nano did. Guess we'll see on Friday?
