My screen on my iPhone 4 was smashed and I took it in to the Genius bar. They took a look, took the sim out, put it in another iPhone and told me that there was no charge this time, but would probably cost me next time. Amazing customer service.
Call customer service again and ask to talk to a manager/boss/higher upWow. Must be nice for you guys. The color on my wife's iPhone 4 is really bad and they basically told me to piss off and that's it's within standards. The whites on her phone is actually yellow. It's plain as day. Anyway, I asked to speak to the manager and he was rude and absolutely condescending. I had to call the Apple customer complaint number and you know what they did for me? Absolutely NOTHING. Glad to know that if I need a phone replaced I should smash it on the ground first.
