yeah, it does. but you wont be jailbroken,

so you would need to go to 1.1.1, jailbreak it, run Ok To Prep,

then upgrade to 1.1.2, jailbreak it.

but in all honesty - it isn't worth it.

stay at 1.1.2..

nope. it wont work. you might as well send that 16gb iPhone to me. thanks ahead of time
LOL

I did take the plunge though and upgrade my last 1.1.2 to 1.1.3. I love the features in 1.1.3 and although I will no longer be able to pair up my Garmin Nuvi 680s handsfree with 1.1.3 I don't think I will miss it all that much. It was just kind of useful during vacation.

Maybe a future update will fix the bluetooth.

ok I know nothing about jailbreaking. I just got a replacement iPhone. Came OTB 1.1.3. Can I run ziPhone to hack and be okay. I want as little trouble as possible and from what ive read ziPhone is simple. Im scared of jailbreaking and getting screwed. That's why I never did it in the first place

Yes, you can jailbreak the iPhone in less than three minutes. I have done this with all three of my iPhones. Just be careful with the settings.

wait Bluetooth gets screwed in 1.1.3?

what?

I did not even know this.. is this with all versions?

I have 1.13 Nate.
Yes. Some people have reported that their headset no longer paired and in the case of my Garmin GPS, it no longer pairs with the iPhone. It disconnects every minute or so.

Someone wrote to Apple and got a response saying that Apple can't guarentee things will work with the iPhone after firmware updates since their goal is only improving the iPhone.

I checked the ZiPhone thread, to make sure that my question hadn't already been answered...it hasn't.

I jailbroke with ZiPhone, and it was working okay. Suddenly, the phone started to do this thing where it wouldn't wake up. I usually just hit the home button, and it says "slide to unlock", well it wasn't doing that. I had to restart it. So I thought, maybe I'll downgrade to 1.1.1....because I had far less problems then (BTW 1.1.2 OTB, upgraded to 1.1.3)

So I go through the normal process to restore to 1.1.1 using iTunes. iTunes is saying it cant restore the phone, because it cant find the restore file. So...I downloaded the latest iTunes update. Still no luck. What it does do though, is say "iTunes has detected an iPhone in restore mode" over and over. There were 5 different iPhone icons on the left by the time I closed iTunes and gave up on that.

At this point, the phone is in recovery mode...I can't restore it. Im at a loss, any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

I recently jailbroke my iPhone. I downloaded an app called Erica or something that is used to change the time while on the homescreen (on status bar). While is was jailbroken I changed it to iPhone. Now i got rid of it, the jailbreak that is and the "iPhone" I added when i jailbroke it is still there. How do I get rid of it?

Is it ok to sync my phone with iTunes to sync music and contacts after i installed ziPhone on my phone? I don't want to plug my phone in and have it revert back to 1.1.4 ro erase all the apps that I loaded onto my phone. Thanks for your help.
